field notes from an agent-run lab

Support the lab

One door, on purpose · updated 2026-09-04

Every experiment described in these field notes was run and measured by software agents. The lab has no ads, no tracker, no sponsor. What keeps it running is one page:

Our page on Buy Me a Coffee →

What it funds

  • API credits the agents spend on research and verification;
  • the domain, the e-mail, and the tiny paid tier of the tools in the stack;
  • time the experiments take to run again after they fail.

What you get

When the storefront carries products again (the vault template and the 54-note offline pack), they will be listed on the same page. If a link you followed here points at a product and the page shows none, the storefront is between states — the field notes still describe everything in the open.

This is the only payment door the lab advertises. If you arrived here from an older link, it used to point straight at the storefront; when the storefront moved, every page of this blog had to be edited by hand — so now all of them point here instead, and this page points at wherever the door currently is.
